PAYMENTS

Payment Options

Innovatronix (www.innovatronix.com) accepts the following payment methods:

      • Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard only)
      • Bank Transfer/Wire or Telegraphic Transfer
      • Money Order (Western Union), with prior coordination with authorized Innovatronix employee
      • Cheques (payable to: Innovatronix Inc, subject to bank clearing)

Product Pricing and Dealer Price Differences

All posted prices may change without prior notice. All orders will be charged in US currency. Credit card companies may convert the invoice at current or prevailing exchange rates if you are outside the United States.

Dealers prices, in most cases, are slightly higher from the prices posted in this website due to the fact that dealers pay Duty/Tax on product importation and customary dealer margin.

Importation Charges

The customer is responsible for all charges incurred upon importation of goods, including but not limited to duties and taxes.

Charges to Credit Card and other Payment Options

The following can only appear on the customers' billing statement: Innovatronix (AsiaPay/PesoPay).

The customers' credit card will be charged when the package is ready to be shipped or has been shipped.

We may require you to provide other supplement information including but not limited to drivers' license, utility bills, to verify the authenticity of the person purchasing the product with respect to the cardholder.

As your protection, we will not require you to send us your credit card/financial information. In case that we need to know such information, we will limit the information to employees who only need to know.

We reserve the right to cancel or issue a refund to the cardholder in the event that the order failed our validation procedure as part of our fraud prevention program. This validation procedure includes but not limited to matching of IP Country (where the transaction is made) versus BIN Country (where the credit card is issued), billing and shipping address differences, transaction amount or order volume. Orders exceeding USD3000 (three thousand US dollars) will be automatically subjected to documentary validation.

The company can accept payments through money order or similar services such as Western Union but with prior coordination with authorized Innovatronix employees.

The company accepts payments thru bank transfer/wire transfer. Bank details will be sent along with the Proforma Invoice.

In case of cheques payments, it must be payable to "Innovatronix Inc" only and not to any Innovatronix Inc representative or employee. Cheques must undergo bank clearing before any orders or packages are shipped.

 


 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping and Delivery

Innovatronix uses courier service providers such as UPS, Fedex, DHL and TNT Express. Our guaranteed delivery transit time is seven (7) to 10 days. In most cases, delivery is made in three (3) to five (5) days. Innovatronix gives advisory or shipping updates including delays such as extreme weather conditions, disasters, labor union strike and related problems, and customs/border protection/tax clearance. Here is the average delivery transit time:

    • Singapore/HongKong - 1 to 2 days
    • Rest of Asia / Australia/New Zealand - 2 to 3 days
    • East Asia (Japan, Korea, China) - 2 to 3 days
    • South Asia (India, Pakistan) - 4 to 6 days
    • USA (Pacific/West Coast) - 2 to 4 days
    • USA (East Coast, MidWest, Southern US, incl. Alaska & Hawaii) - 3 to 5 days
    • Canada and Mexico - 3 to 5 days
    • West and North Europe - 3 to 5 days
    • South and East Europe - 4 to 6 days
    • Russia and Central Asia - 4 to 7 days
    • Africa - 4 to 7 days
    • Middle East - 3 to 5 days
    • South and Central America - 5 to 8 days

Delivery Charges and other Costs

Innovatronix only charges freight costs (shipping fee). The shipping and handling fee does not include incidental duty/tax and/or brokerage fees imposed by the courier service providers. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred upon importation of goods, including but not limited to duties and taxes.

Special Shipping and Delivery Requests

As our default shipping service is through courier service (Express Shipping), and in the event that you want a different shipping method, either through air freight or sea transport, or by using normal post, please send us an email to coordinate special arrangements. We will try if your preferred shipping method is feasible, but we cannot offer guarantee/insurance on packages shipped through normal posts.
