All products are covered with one-year warranty and 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In the 30-day period, you can return the product for a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you have used the product according to its intended purpose.

Only items with manufacturing defects should be returned for repair, replacement or refund. Furthermore, no refund shall be made if the product returned was found out opened, altered or modified in any way. In this case, the warranty is voided. Battery sets are not included in the warranty because these items are based on number of charge and discharge cycles or on the customers’ actual use.

Responsibility for Delivery, Loss and Damage to Goods

Innovatronix Inc practices same and/or next day shipping. Once the order has been received and that complete shipping information is given, orders are immediately shipped out. Shipping cutoff time is 1200NN Monday to Saturday (GMT+8 hours). We are unable to ship on Sunday and Special Holidays (in the Philippines) and in the destination country. In the event that it may be required, additional cost on shipping and handling shall be charged on the customer.

Unless otherwise specified, all packages are ship/deliver on a door-to-door basis. The average delivery transit time is 3 to 5 days in most locations in the world. Guaranteed delivery time is 7 to 10 days.

The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment due to natural disasters or bad weather conditions, acts of God, war or terrorist acts, and any other circumstances beyond our control.

The company insures all packages to the freight forwarder or courier company. Insurance claims shall not exceed the total purchase price.

Product Pricing, Importation, Charges to Credit Card and other Payments

All posted prices may change without prior notice. All orders will be charged in US currency. Credit card companies may convert the invoice at current or prevailing exchange rates if you are outside the United States.

The customer is responsible for all charges incurred upon importation of goods, including but not limited to duties and taxes.

The customers’ credit card will be charged when the package is ready to be shipped or has been shipped. We will send an email at the time your card is charged.

We may require you to provide other supplement information including but not limited to drivers’ license, utility bills, to verify the authenticity of the person purchasing the product with respect to the cardholder.

As your protection, we will not require you to send us your credit card/financial information. In case that we need to know such information, we will limit the information to employees who only need to know.

The company does not accept payments through money order or similar services such as Western Union.

The company accepts payments thru bank transfer/wire transfer. Bank details will be sent along with the Proforma Invoice.

In case of cheques payments, it must be payable to “Innovatronix Inc” only and not to any Innovatronix Inc representative or agent. Cheques must undergo bank clearing before any orders or packages are shipped.

Liability for Injuries, Loss of Properties

Innovatronix is not liable for any injuries, damages or problems arising from improper use of any product sold.

Amendments

We may amend this Terms of Use any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. This statement was last updated on Sept 1, 2008.
