PowerX Mac (+12 hours Portable Power for Mac Laptops) is a battery-operated
Switch Mode Power Supply and charger designed for laptops or notebooks. It can
be powered by an external battery pack or a Tronix Auxiliary Battery Pack. This
power supply/charger is equipped with Magsafe technology, compatible for MacBook,
MacBook Pro, MacBook Air. Primarily
designed to be hooked to Tronix Auxiliary
Battery Pack (or external battery pack) with input voltage of 20V-28Vdc and will
provide 14V-16.5V which your Mac needs. This solution will be
more than handy especially when you are out on location.
In
addition to Mac's internal battery pack, which can give you 6-8 hours, with this
power supply/charger adaptor and a Tronix Auxiliary
Battery Pack combination, additional power for 12 hours for your
laptop is just as easy - making your laptop and the Tronix PowerX Mac and Tronix
Auxiliary Battery Pack combo working way up to 18 hours. It
acts as a fast charger that a fully drained Mac can be recharged in less than an
hour to a couple of hours, Or even if you're on you Mac - flipping slideshows,
working on post-production, or even just watching movies - on location. It
costs USD125.00 per unit (and the Tronix Auxiliary Battery Pack costs
USD290.00), this portable power for laptops package will cost for a total of
