Our background

Our service is backed with fully trained digital photo artists based in the Philippines. With the proficiency of these artists in photo retouching due to combined experience in digital photography and exposure to the market as support to the Tronix Imaging Centers – a network of digital imaging studios in the Philippines – your project will be taken care of, no matter how large or small your project is.

Our services:

• Basic Retouch – basic photo retouch and repairs (for example, red eye removal, blemish/pimple/wrinkle removal); some color and contrast adjustments and similar repairs.
  Service fee: USD2.50 per photo
  
• Moderate Retouch – fix thru color corrections, contrast adjustments, overall lightening or darkening repairs, image sharpening, digital facial works (e.g. remove blemish, acne, soften wrinkles, glare reduction/removal, etc).
  Service fee: USD2.50 per photo
  
• Major Retouch – photo manipulation, digital alterations to subtly or drastically change the face, hair or other important features (example: removal of facial blemishes, wrinkles, skin discolorations or birthmarks, tanned or smoothed). For product retouch, cropping and change background to any color, object removal, color enhancement, glare removal, and background cleaning.
  Service fee: USD2.50 per photo

Our expertise is for wedding and portraits, and product images for advertising. The average turnaround is 24 hours to four (4) business days. We recommend that instructions will be sent all at once so that we can process your request immediately. 

If you are experiencing problems on uploading photos in our website and FOR LARGER FILE SIZES (3MB to 20MB per photo), we strongly RECOMMEND to send your files as email attachments to: marketing@innovatronix.com.

For regular clients, we are giving a free FTP account so that you can directly upload and download your project from our website. If you wish to apply for an FTP account, please send an email to marketing@innovatronix.com.

Here’s how it works:

1. You will send the photos (digital files) by uploading to our site and fill up the electronic form. The services available are: BASIC RETOUCH or MODERATE RETOUCH or MAJOR RETOUCH.
   The supported formats are *.jpg and with a maximum size per file of 4 MB (recommended).
   As stated in our Privacy Policy, we can guarantee at full confidentiality the personal information you have provided.
   
2. Once we have downloaded your photos, you will receive a Service Acknowledgement and the project billing. We will then retouch these photos according to your order description.
   
3. For the payment or project billing, we will send an email bill for the service. This customized email or bill will have a link to a payment form where you can make payment to INNOVATRONIX. (Payments are processed thru a secure site of YES Payments, www.yespayments.com ).
   
4. Once your project is completed, we will send proof of the retouched photos. The proof is in low-resolution copies of the final photos.
   Otherwise, if you did not like the retouched photos, we will redo the process once only. After which, the same process applies.
   
5. After YES Payments informs us that your payment has been received, we will send you the retouched photographs in high-resolution copies. Sending of retouched photos can be thru email or thru the client's FTP account.  
   
   The most preferred mode of payment is credit card payments. Our authorized processor, YES Payments, will process your credit card transaction
   
   VISA, Mastercard and JCB cards are accepted. 

We are giving flat-rate service charges, hence, if you have uploaded 20 photos, the project cost is: US$2.50 x 20 = US$50.00. (Due to high incidence of abuse of this service, we are now requiring a full payment prior to working on your project).
